Life · Health · Annuities

Stop buying bad leads.

We put set appointments on your calendar. Real people who asked to talk about Life, Health, and Annuities. You show up and close them.

Two ways in. One costs money and pays more. One costs nothing and pays less. Every appointment comes from us.

Most agents wash out because they never get enough qualified people to talk to. They are told to find the lead, work the lead, set the appointment, and close it. All for one commission check.

How it works

Six steps. You do one.

We do the work before the appointment. You never see a raw lead or a shared list.

STEP 1

We generate

We run ads and buy from outside sources to find people who want to talk.

STEP 2

We qualify

Our team calls them first and confirms they are real and interested.

STEP 3

We book

We set a time and put it straight on a licensed agent's calendar.

STEP 4 · YOU

You show up and close

You prep, run the appointment, and write the business. That's the whole job.

STEP 5

We measure

We track what you keep and what you close.

STEP 6

We improve

Best closers get more appointments.

Quoting, paperwork, onboarding and training are all in the same login. You don't need five vendor accounts to write a policy.

What you get

Here's what you get from us.

These are included when you start. You don't buy them later.

We fill your calendar

We find people, talk to them first, and set the times. Every appointment you run comes from our pipeline.

Your contract is in writing

Your pay level is written down on day one. It can go up. It cannot be cut.

No fees for tools or training

CRM, dialer, calendar and training are on us. You will not get a bill for them.

A deposit that refills itself

On 1099, your deposit tops back up from issued, paid business as you close.

1099 or W-2

Go independent, or join a W-2 training group where we offer one.

No recruiting

You never have to recruit. We never pay you to recruit. There is no downline.

We pick our team

We turn people away. Good appointments go to agents who show up prepared.

One login for everything

Quoting, paperwork, your book, and training all sit in one place.

You pick your door

Put money into appointments and earn more, or put in nothing and take base pay.

Two ways in

Pick your path.

The difference is money. On 1099 you fund your appointments and earn a higher rate. On W-2 you put in nothing and take base pay at a lower rate. You choose on the application.

Which door is yours

One question decides it.

Do you have money to put into appointments right now?
Yes

1099

You invest. You earn more.

  • You fund your appointment supply
  • Your deposit refills from issued, paid business
  • Higher commission rate
  • You set your own schedule
No

W-2

You invest nothing. You earn less.

  • No money out of your pocket, ever
  • Base pay while you ramp, then base plus bonus
  • Lower commission rate
  • Group training, set schedule, where we offer it

Either way we supply the appointments and we do not charge you to join or to stay. Neither door is better. They are for different situations.

Straight on money

What we will never charge you.

Joining is free on both paths. Here is what that does and does not mean.

Free, on both paths
  • No sign-up fee
  • No training fee
  • No CRM or dialer fee
  • No desk fee
  • No monthly platform fee
  • No fee to stay
What you do pay for
  • 1099 only: you fund your appointment supply. That is an investment, not a fee, and it refills from issued business as you close.
  • Your own state licensing costs, on either path.
  • Nothing else. If you ever see a line item from us that is not one of these, it is an error.

Don't have money to put in? Take the W-2 path. That is what it is there for.

One rule, and the reason for it

Every appointment on our platform comes from our pipeline. You don't bring outside leads in, and you don't set your own appointments here.

That is a compliance decision, not a control one. We have to be able to prove how every person in our system was contacted and what they agreed to. One source means one clean record. Mixed lead sources are how agencies end up with consent problems and carrier complaints, and your license is on the line the same as ours.

Referrals are the exception you'd expect. If someone comes to you by word of mouth, quote them and write them right on the platform. That works.

Business you write from our appointments stays with the agency, along with the client records. That is in the agreement.

Straight answers

What you are not walking into.

Not an insurance company

We're a sales agency. We don't underwrite anything.

Not a lead vendor

We don't sell you lists. You'll never get a lead invoice.

Not a recruiting scheme

No levels. No ranks. No pay for bringing people in.

Not a fee mill

We don't make money on desk, tech, or training fees.

Not licensed yet

You don't need a license to apply.

Some of our best applicants are closers from other industries. Apply and tell us where you are.

1. Apply

Pick "not yet licensed" on the form. Nothing else changes.

2. We read it

We look at whether you can close, not how long you've been in insurance.

3. You get licensed

Course, state exam, fingerprints, background check. Your state runs this, not us. Time and cost vary by state.

4. You start with a group

Once you're licensed and appointed, you onboard with other new agents.

Two things you should know.

Getting licensed takes time. Your state decides if you qualify, not us. Be skeptical of anyone who says they can speed that up.

If you're not ready, we'll tell you. Taking someone who can't succeed doesn't help either of us.

Questions

You've heard agencies promise this before.

Here are the questions we expect you to ask.

Are these the same recycled leads I've seen everywhere?
You don't get leads. You get a set appointment with someone our team already spoke to and confirmed. We don't sell consumer data and we don't hand you a shared list.
Where's the catch? Fees, chargebacks, lead costs?
There is no fee to join and no monthly fee. The real cost on the 1099 path is the money you put into appointments, and we say that up front rather than burying it. On chargebacks, we'll be straight with you: commission on advanced business can be reversed if a policy lapses or cancels inside the chargeback window. That's the carrier, not a fee from us. The terms are in your agreement. We get paid on issued premium and persistency, so if a policy lapses it hurts us too.
Is this a recruiting scheme?
No. There are no ranks, no downline, no override for bringing people in, and no recruiting quota. We make money when you close.
Can I bring my own leads?
No. Every appointment on the platform comes from our pipeline, and you don't book your own. We know that sounds strict, so here is the real reason: we have to prove how every person in our system was contacted and what they consented to. One source means one clean record. Mixed lead sources are how agencies end up with consent problems and carrier complaints. Your license is on the line the same as ours. If running your own lead flow is what you want, we're not the right fit and we'll tell you that.
What about referrals?
Quote them and write them. A referral who comes to you by word of mouth is a different thing from prospecting, and the platform handles it. What you can't do is run your own lead flow or set your own appointments through us.
How much do I have to invest as a 1099?
You fund your appointment supply. The amount depends on how many appointments a week you want to run, and we walk through the numbers with you before you sign anything. Your deposit refills from issued, paid business as you close, so it is meant to stop coming out of your pocket. If you don't have money to put in right now, that is what the W-2 path is for. Nobody is charged a fee to join either way.
Am I locked in?
No non-compete. Your producer agreement does have standard confidentiality and non-solicitation terms covering agency-supplied clients and appointments. That's normal in this business and we'll point them out instead of burying them.
Why are you so picky if you have all these appointments?
Appointments are the expensive part. An agent who no-shows burns them. So we give more appointments to people who show up prepared and convert. That's better for you too, because you aren't fighting two hundred rookies for the same slots.
Where do you operate?
Virtual, nationwide. We also have agents working in person in Tampa, Utah, Idaho, New Jersey, and Miami. W-2 groups depend on your state and when a group is forming.
