These terms govern the Show Up & Close Producer Recruiting & Onboarding text messaging program.
Program description
Show Up & Close, LLC sends text messages to individuals who have applied to become a producer with us, and to contracted producers, regarding the status of an application, interview and appointment scheduling, licensing and carrier appointment steps, onboarding, training, and calendar or account notifications. This is a recruiting and account-servicing program. It is not a consumer insurance marketing program.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on our producer application at showupandclose.agency and submitting the form, by providing your mobile number and consent to a member of our team, or by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-checked.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, of being accepted as a producer, or of any purchase, contract, or appointment with Show Up & Close. You can apply, be accepted, and produce without ever agreeing to receive a text from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on where you are in the application and onboarding process. Applicants typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month. Contracted producers may receive more, including calendar and account notifications.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Show Up & Close does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. You may also email support@showupandclose.agency. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application; we will contact you by email or phone instead.

Supported carriers and delivery
This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier filtering, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will be delivered.
Your information
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent collected through this program are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
